John has over 20 years of regulatory experience, 17 years of these in the Telecoms and Broadcasting sectors. After 5 years at Ofcom, he left to face-off to the regulator at BBC, Arqiva and BT. John also has an extensive EU background – lobbying the Commission, Council and Parliament on their fixed and mobile broadband policies.
