JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Manager

JOB LOCATION: NI & GB

TERMS: Permanent Full Time

 

 

THE JOB 

You will play a pivotal role in the maintenance of our network infrastructure.

  • Manage the rearrangement activities within Hyperfast for NI/GB
  • Create and improve processes relating to Rearrangements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as planning and contractors to track and complete Rearrangements.
  • Engage with external customers and stakeholders on their requests for rearrangements and ensure all tasks are completed to required SLAs.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Engagement with Customers, External stakeholders on their requirement to rearrange the network
  • Communicating effectively with planning to ensure work packs are created and costed to set timeframes
  • Program all planning works and provide SLAs through each step of the Rearrangement journey
  • Program all build works in line with external stakeholders requirements.
  • Ensure all works are H&S and PIA compliant.
  • Monitor works ensuring financial milestones are reached prior to advancing to next stage of the rearrangement process
  • Attend and chair weekly meetings with Openreach and External stakeholders such as DFI on rearrangement requirements and escalations.
  • Build and maintain complex Rearrangements tracker whilst ensuring all jobs are logged and updated as required on CRM.
  • Communicate effectively to internal stakeholders on outage requirements ensuring comms are sent and works are completed in outage window.
  • Design and provide required processes to ensure Rearrangements are set up for success.
  • Effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders on progress and updates relating to rearrangements.
  • Report regularly and comprehensively to the Head Of Network Maintenance on Rearrangements performance.
  • Build effective working relationships with key Group Services stakeholders including;
  1. Finance Department to ensure costs are up to date with latest rates cards.
  2. PIA to ensure required works are PIA compliant.
  3. NOC Department engagement with outages and ensuring seamless handoffs.
  4. Planning department to ensure all plans are designed and delivered to requirements.
  5. In Life Build to ensure works are completed as per SLA
  6. Champion and implement best practice people policies with People & Culture

 

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • A proven experience in project management of build/maintenance programmes to set budgetary and timeframe requirements.
  • Experience in the management of people and resources.
  • Experience of fibre network infrastructure, PIA and asset management.
  • Crisis management and business continuity experience.
  • A high level of commercial awareness.
  • Excellent management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to establish and form excellent working relationships with colleagues across the Fibrus Group.
