JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Coordinator

THE JOB
Hyperfast are seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successfully delivery of programmes across our Rearrangements Department in line with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities and company objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Creation and progressing orders through the appropriate software platforms (CRM and Arc).
- Shared inbox management.
- Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress status and trackers.
- Quality and compliance reviews for all aspects of each order.
- Conduct corrective action reviews and seek to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
- Some understanding of the telecoms industry would be advantageous, the role will cover aspects within the PIA network however this is not essential.
- Assist with analyse of operational practices, reporting, database management, maintenance of records and other forms of documentation to ensure compliance is established.
- To promptly identify with the Rearrangements Manager any working constraints that could provide an obstacle to the achievement of any of our objectives.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and all associated stakeholders ensuring this is delivered in a timely and clear manner, with expectations clearly set and met.
- Input of new ideas, improvements and innovations are welcomed.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
- Communication, we are seeking an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills as this will be essential for stakeholder engagement.
- Organisation, this role will require high level of information management via a variety of methods
- Accuracy and attention to detail will be essential for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively within a team.
- Experience within Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous administration experience – minimum 1 year
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience within the telecoms industry and PIA network would be advantageous, however full training will cover these aspects of the role.
