THE JOB

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the first step in their career, and to gain experience in a busy marketing team. Working with the Senior Sponsorship Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and activating key sponsorship and event activities for the Fibrus brand, further growing our awareness across the NI and Cumbria regions, and engaging the communities which we serve.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Act as a key member of the sponsorships team to develop and activate key sports sponsorships in NI & Cumbria, including supporting the delivery of in-person activations, overseeing merchandise ordering and distribution, create social media content, oversee player gifting and competitions.  Monitor and evaluate sponsorship activities, to measure return on investment, and research and seek out new ways to engage with fans.
  • Support on the delivery of Fibrus community funding including marketing funding availability across multiple channels, assist with the allocation of funds across NI & Cumbria, and evaluating fund success. Build relationships with fund beneficiaries to measure impact and create case studies.
  • Take ownership of sponsorship impact measurement and reporting throughout the year, and input into end of year sponsorship reports to measure return on investment.
  • Create new content and share ideas to promote sponsorship and fund campaigns on social media.
  • Support on Fibrus’ presence at key events throughout the year e.g Balmoral Show and Spring Farm Machinery Show.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Positive can do attitude, able to work under pressure with an openness to flex within the needs of the team
  • Experience of using social media platforms to market an organisation, event or product
  • First-class organisational, IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confidence to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders as required
  • A driving licence is essential as is the ability to travel across Northern Ireland and potentially England as required for the role (eg. photo shoots, PR events, stakeholder engagement events)
