JOB TITLE: Engineering (Installations) Graduate
JOB LOCATION: Onsite in Cumbria
TERMS: 1 year Graduate Programme

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Supporting the Installations Manager with contractor management against contractual KPIs.
- Listen to customer complaints and escalations and support with finding a successful resolution with focus on collating and analysing data to identify key trends and potential improvement gaps
- Driving a health and safety culture
- Helping with preparation for contract management sessions and supporting with administration for audits and quality control checks.
- Data analysis to ensuring that installation operational budgets are met by assuring all works against commercial targets
- Track performance metrics to allow the Installation Manager to take timely action to mitigate risks with the contract performance, including recovery plans and update reporting.
- Ensure compliance by yourself and team with all company policies and procedures.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
- You will be a recent graduate ready in Engineering, Project Management, HSEQ or other relevant field.
- 1 years industry experience gained through placement is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety and quality requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain project documentation
