If your new property is connectable to the Fibrus network, you must give us 30 days’ notice to complete a cease and resupply of service. Please contact our Customer Services team on 028 9099 3230 for advice on how to move your broadband and phone/VoIP services.  

If your new property is not a connectable Fibrus property, please contact our Customer Services team on 028 9099 3230 on how to terminate your contract.
