Storm Éowyn Compensation Form

We know how important your broadband connection is, and we’re sorry for the disruption caused by Storm Éowyn.

Where eligible, we’ll be offering compensation on a case-by-case basis to affected customers.

To request compensation, simply fill out the form below. We’ll review your claim, and if approved, apply a credit directly to your account. This will appear on your bill within the next 60 days, depending on your billing date.

Important to Know:

  • Compensation is available for service interruptions lasting more than 2 days.
  • You can only submit a claim after your service has been fully restored.
  • Compensation needs to be claimed within 30 days of service being restored.

What Happens Next?

  • You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your claim. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll send another email to let you know the outcome.
