JOB TITLE: Sr. Installs Controller

THE JOB
Hyperfast are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to oversee the activities associated with our Installations. This is a busy and diverse office-based role, supporting the Workflow manager and the contract partners to ensure all installations are completed effectively and timely for our customers.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Escalation point for non-fluid workstacks and additional works
- Ensuring compliance to SLAs by contractors and other departments (contractor pre-siting and cancelling of future appointments for non-fluid)
- Reporting on contractor performance with remedial actions for any gaps
- Checking capacity for ISTs and prioritising accordingly
- Daily updates on Install queues with escalations to CPs
- Escalations for Installs or Build Issues from and to contract partners
- Work with the contract team and partners to ensure workflow demands are matched to deliver effective customer connections according to SLA. Inclusive of poling and civils.
- Coordinate with various departments and perform all Installs workflow activities across functions internally.
- Monitoring, reporting and escalating issues within the control operation, with risk mitigation and recovery plans in place in order to minimise any affects to customer service.
- Focus on cost control within Installs model to ensure allocation is aligned to CPP.
- Monitoring of new users and contacts on Field services
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
- Demonstrable skills in Workflow and allocation
- Able to prioritise workloads across a team within KPIs/SLAs
- A strong analyst with Installs experience
- IT literate including MS Excel, Powerpoint and the ability to analyse and report on data
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise with internal colleagues, external stakeholders and customers
- Telecoms or construction experience is ideal but not essential
