Fibrus Christmas Connections Competition
To celebrate hitting our 100,000th customer milestone, we are calling on families from connectable locations around Northern Ireland and Cumbria to nominate someone to be flown home in time for Christmas Day, turning their FaceTime realities into a Face-to-FaceTime Christmas dream come true.
We’ll be gifting one lucky person in each region a return flight back home for a family member or friend who currently lives overseas and wouldn’t otherwise be able to make it back for the festive season. The applicant must live in a connectable location in Northern Ireland or Cumbria. We are offering one return flight for someone in both Cumbria AND Northern Ireland.
Applications for this competition will go live on 9am Tuesday 5th November and close at midnight 19th November 2024.
The winner will be contacted later that week and must return the call within 48 hours.

What is the deadline to apply?
Applications for this competition will go live on 9am Tuesday 5th November and close at midnight 19th November 2024.
What does the prize include?
A return flight from anywhere in the world, up to the value of £2,000.
What if I wanted to add someone else e.g. partner or children?
If the flights are under the capped cost, we may be able to offer the leftover sum to pay for some of the additional traveller’s costs. Please note, the applicant or loved one will have to cover anything that exceeds the capped cost.
Does this competition include accommodation?
No.
Could I change the flight dates or times suggested?
There will be some flexibility within reason, on a case-by-case basis and depending on flight schedules. However, the dates have been pre-agreed within the application and Fibrus reserves the right to stick to the final date and time.
When will the winner be informed, and how?
The winner will be contacted later in the week of the competition closing midnight 19th November 2024. The winner will be contacted by the phone number provided.
Can I apply for my loved one even if their flights will cost more than £2,000?
No. Only flights within the £2,000 maximum cap will be eligible to enter this competition.
Who will book the flights?
Fibrus will book and pay for flights upfront. Once the winner is chosen, Fibrus will communicate with the winner to select and book suitable flights.
What PR will be expected of the winner?
The winner / applicant’s family will be expected to take part in photography, videography, a press release and media interview where necessary in collaboration with Fibrus.
