Cognitive Impairment
JAM (Time and Patience)
Fibrus are proud to be partnered with the JAM Card organization and are a JAM friendly business. The JAM card allows a user to ask for ‘Just a Minute’ of patience, discreetly conveying that you may need a little more time or extra assistance. This can be extremely helpful if you live with autism, a learning disability or experience a communication barrier caused by a head injury, stroke or any other conditions.

If you require this service, please make one of our advisers aware via our contact page and we can be sure to record your need for ‘Just a Minute’.
Power of Attorney
If you would like to assign a Power of Attorney to act on your behalf, or if you wish to register yourself as a Power of Attorney on behalf of one of our customers, please send us a certified copy of the LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) certificate to our office at the following address:

Nominated User
You can nominate a friend or family member to be named on your account as an authorised user – this allows the named person to help with managing bills or reporting any problems you may have.
This service will not make the named person liable for the bill or transfer the account to the named person. The actions that a nominated user can take on an account are limited, for example, they cannot update an email address or make changes to the contract. Refer to the Power of Attorney option if more control is required.
To arrange this service, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact page.
Priority Fault Repair
In the unlikely event that you have a fault on your broadband or your landline VOIP (phone) service, we prioritise fault repair wherever possible. This is for customers whose health or disability requirements mean that they have a particular need for broadband or phone.
This will similarly apply to customers who are out of mobile coverage areas for the purpose of making phone calls.
