Coleraine FC and Fibrus Broadband have agreed a new two-year sponsorship agreement that will see the Fibrus brand on the front of shirts from this coming season
Coleraine FC and Fibrus Broadband have agreed a new two-year sponsorship agreement that will see the Fibrus brand on the front of shirts from this coming season.
The new agreement places the Fibrus brand on the front of the shirts for the men’s and women’s teams and will also feature on all the replica shirts sold, covering the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons.
Speaking of the deal, Bannsiders CEO, Simon Magee said, “We are very happy to continue our fantastic relationship with Fibrus. They have been magnificent partners over the past 18 months, and we are proud to welcome them onto the front of our shirt. It is a significant investment by any standard in our club, our community and in the NIFL competitions.
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Eventsec for their incredible support over the past seven seasons. Their dedication and backing have been invaluable to Coleraine FC, and we are deeply appreciative of their contribution to the Club’s success.”
“Working with a brand such as Fibrus is great for us as we grow our Club, as we know that they are keen to be a part of the Coleraine FC story and share our vision for Coleraine and the community.”
Fibrus is the trusted partner for delivering broadband to underserved areas within Northern Ireland. Over 13,000 homes and businesses across Coleraine already have access to Fibrus’ full fibre broadband – something that makes a huge difference to communities in the local area.
Shane Haslem, Chief Operating Officer at Fibrus said, “We are proud of our existing relationship with Coleraine FC and we are so excited to elevate this partnership by securing the front of shirt spot for the next two seasons.
“This is such an exciting year for the Club as they move towards a full-time playing model and it’s an honour to be part of that journey.
“It is an important partnership for Fibrus as we continue to support the community fully, both through access to full fibre broadband, but also through supporting the clubs that are so intrinsic to the community here.
“The partnership also means a lot to me personally, having played soccer in Coleraine myself when I attended university, so I am delighted that Fibrus can continue to get behind the Club.
“We look forward to the new season and we have lots of fun things planned for home games as we continue to back the Bannsiders, now as the official front of shirt sponsor.”
Fans will be able to buy the new Fibrus branded replica shirt in the coming weeks and they will see the teams wearing the new kit at the start of the Sports Direct Premiership in August.
