Eero Router Returns
If you need to send your eero router back to us and have received your eero router returns box, just follow the simple steps below.
Your Returns Box will contain 4 items:
- Cardboard box
- 2 Dividers
- Address label with pre-paid postage
- A Returns Leaflet
What do you need to return?
Your eero router or routers, the eero router’s power and ethernet cable(s).
How long do you have to return your eero(s)?
You must post the equipment back, in the returns box, within 30 days of the box being sent to you.
How to assemble the box:
1. Pull the ripper tab to open the cardboard pack.
2. Remove the 2 dividers from inside the pack and square up the cardboard box ensuring the bottom lies flat.
4. Place your eero router(s) inside the box, include cables and other equipment.
4. Peel the tape from the top flap, and seal the box as shown.
5. Stick the pre-filled out returns label on top of the existing delivery sticker. Post the box at your earliest convenience. Simple!
Important Information about returning your eeros:
- Your nearest Post Office can be located at postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder
- Should you lose or damage your returns box before posting your equipment back, please notify us immediately and we will send a replacement box.
- You must send the returns box, containing your eero router(s) and cables within 30 days – if we do not receive any or all of the eeros back, returns charges will be applied based on the number of eeros and the model.
Non-Return Charges
- eero 6+ router: £99 per device
- eero Pro 6E router: £129 per device
- If you had a VoIP Telephone service with us, or have a Battery Back-up Unit installed, you do not need to return these – please use the e-waste disposal area at your local recycling centre. Consult a member of staff at your local centre if you’re unsure on the correct disposal area.
- Please do not remove the wall mounted ONT from your property. This piece of equipment is the entry point for the fibre cable in your home and should remain in place.
