Broadband powered by Amazon eero
Introducing eero
Fibrus delivers Full Fibre right to the premises, and with our new eero router, you can say goodbye to buffering and hello to easy streaming. eero’s mesh Wi-Fi system uses the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology to blanket homes in fast, reliable Wi-Fi whilst providing security and safety tools that let you control what your family see, and when.
eero Mobile App Download
eero comes with a mobile app to make it easy for our customers to manage their home Wi-Fi network. Click on the icon to download the app.
eero Mobile App
For convenience and control, manage your Fibrus Full Fibre broadband via the eero mobile app.
The following features are available directly on your smartphone.
Mobile App set up
When first opening the eero mobile app, you will be prompted to create an eero account through a guided setup process.
- Open the eero mobile app and tap the ‘New to eero?’ button.
- Log in with your existing Amazon account or create a new eero account with your email or phone.
- If creating a new account, enter in the verification code sent via SMS or email.
- Create an account.
Make sure you have the following to get started: A smartphone with a data connection, the eero mobile app and at least one eero router. For full details about your installation please click here.
If you do not have a smartphone the installation engineer will use an alternative set up method.
Create Profiles
With this feature, customers using the eero mobile app can create profiles for members of the household, and associate specific devices to each profile. This benefits the customer by personalising their Wi-Fi experience and allows for monitoring network data usage by profile.
Set up guest networks
Creating guest networks allows customers to have guests access their home Wi-Fi, while protecting their network security. Once the customer has created a guest network with a unique name and password, the details can be easily shared: Share Wi-Fi Details or Share QR code (below step 3).
Parental Controls – Wi-Fi pauses
Customers can use their mobile app to schedule Wi-Fi pauses on user profiles or on specific devices. This can build healthier Wi-Fi habits and help you focus on important tasks.
Parental Controls – content filters & Ad blocking
Fibrus Full Fibre comes with eero Secure capabilities included for free. This allows you to apply content filters based on age range to block inappropriate content for any member of your family. You also can block specific sites, like YouTube, by a user profile.
eero Secure also provides ad blocking and advanced security capabilities to prevent malicious content, phishing, or other nasties.

Q. What are social tariffs?
A. Amid rising living costs, Fibrus are happy to offer social tariffs to help customers on low incomes. Social tariffs are cheaper broadband packages for people claiming Universal Credit, Pension Credit and some other benefits. The Fibrus Social Tariff is Full Fibre Essential. It is delivered in the same way as other broadband packages, at a lower price.

A. Full Fibre Essential is available to those who are in receipt of certain social benefit payments. The eligible benefits include:
- Income-based Employment Support Allowance (I-ESA)
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (I-JSA)

- Pension Credit (PC)
- Universal Credit (UC)
Q. How long is the contract?
A. Full Fibre Essential has a 12-month term.
Q. What if I need to cancel my Full Fibre Essential contract?
A. Fibrus will not charge early termination fees if a customer needs to terminate their Full Fibre Essential service during the 12-month contract.
Q. Do I need to do checks again after the 12 months, to renew on the same plan?
A. After 12 months you will default to the out of contract price. Fibrus will notify you in advance of your contract term ending. Fibrus will re-confirm your eligibility when you are renewing your contract with us.
Q. Who determines eligibility of this package?
A. Eligibility is determined by the U.K. Department of Work and Pensions, who define what benefits confer eligibility. The eligibility is currently based on the following benefits.
- Income-based Employment Support Allowance (I-ESA)

If you have any question on your eligibility, please contact the U.K. Department of Work and Pensions.
