The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our Senior Demand Planner in a fun and fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You need to be a quick-thinking self-starter, who’s adaptable and great at building relationships. 

We’re responsible for the company’s largest asset (our inventory) but we’re also responsible for our most valuable asset (our customers). You will develop & progress your skills with our internal systems, grow your knowledge of Supply Chain and will have the opportunity for progression in a challenging rewarding work environment.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Raising our purchase orders
  • Supporting our Senior Demand Planner to ensure strong category availability
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Daily & Weekly Updates to the Senior Demand Planner/Supply Chain team
  • Data Maintenance in Excel (Forecasting & Replenishment)
  • Maintain demand planning system and software
  • Create statistical forecasts:
  • Enter and modify data and ensure the correctness of product hierarchy
  • Monitor trends in forecast error
  • Identify relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
  • Multitasking and be flexible in line with business demands
  • Ensuring compliance with Procurement policy and process.
  • Handling competing priorities and influence others to meet requirements.


The Person

The Assistant Demand Planner position is a key role within our procurement team, which will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse and create accurate forecasting, whilst maintaining our supply chain and service levels. 


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
  • Experience working with ERP system (transactional inputting and accurate reporting)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, reporting, ERP systems

  • Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel

The Role

Fibrus is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist who wants to jump in head-first and help scale the Procurement Department in a mission-driven company experiencing rapid growth.

This role is for someone who is looking to make a real investment in their career. Working directly alongside the finance and operation teams, you will have procurement experience from within a leading organisation and a natural flair for influencing senior stakeholders.


You will be responsible for the following areas and activities:

  • Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
  • Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers whilst being accountable for delivery of cost saving targets and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement a robust procurement & supply chain process to drive effective performance of our capital sales projects.
  • Introduce improvements to the forward planning process to highlight potential supplier capacity constraints.
  • Ensuring that the Telecom sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified in a timely manner and actively mitigated.


The Person 

The perfect candidate will come from a procurement focussed role ideally within a similar sector and will have had the responsibility of managing and conducting core procurement plans.


Experience:

  • Substantial procurement experience at mid-level ideally within a Technology & Telecoms environment
  • A natural flair for influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience of running a full life cycle procurement process to identify ideal suppliers.
  • Experience in supply chain management 
  • Demonstrable experience that highlights you are a confident negotiator who is commercially aware
  • Business partnering skills with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate and influence


Desirable

  • Procurement qualification CIPS/ IIPMM or equivalent 
  • Experience working with ERP system (transactional inputting and accurate reporting)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, reporting, ERP systems
  • Significant experience of implementing contract best practices across the telecoms sector

The Role

This role is suited to someone from an accounts payable or financial background who is used to working within a team and liaising with various departments. 


Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following areas and activities:

  • Monitor incoming and processing high volume of supplier invoices
  • Ensuring correct coding on invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statement to ledger
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure invoices are approved for posting/payment
  • Work closely with procurement admin to ensure POs are receipted in for month end closing
  • Weekly reporting on invoice status and actioning


Experience

  • 2+ years working within an accounts payable department / finance department
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and understands the world of supplier invoicing
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Structured and organised
  • Self-starter


Desirable

  • Experience dealing with high volumes of invoices and processing to strict deadlines
  • Proven capabilities in adapting quickly to new systems and changing processes
